I have not used the product yet because the packing material has a very strong odour which seeped into the plastic of the product. The odour is very slowly dissipating. Until the chemical odour is completely gone I will not use it . The fumes cannot be good for anyone, especially for a product used in the mouth. Hopefully the odour did not originate in the plastic handle of the product.This would mean a much longer wait for me.

Too bad the charger does not work ,very poorly made,your website would not allow a correction to be made as I only wanted one and made a mistake that I was getting a discount on the one I ordered . The printing on the instruction is very faded. I am happy to send it back, no one answers your phone or calls you back. I am telling everyone I know not to buy this product I am referring to your toothbrush and this pick. I am disputing with your company over the charges. Never even took the second brush out of the packaging. This is a terrible product.

It is an attractive gadget but it didn’t come with much in the way of directions. As to how it works, it does work but is a little rough on the gums.

Did not find that this device removes tartar, but it does remove plaque and clean out pockets. This has resolved that itchy-hurty feeling along the gum line. I expect that the hygienist will see greatly improved numbers at next exam.
